Genus Prime Infra reported standalone Q3 FY26 total income of Rs. 123.80 lakhs (vs Rs. 4.26 lakhs in Q3 FY25) and profit after tax of Rs. 79.94 lakhs (vs a loss of Rs. 0.76 lakhs). For nine months FY26, standalone PAT was Rs. 221.23 lakhs against a loss of Rs. 1.47 lakhs a year ago. On a consolidated basis, Q3 PAT (after share of associates and minority) was Rs. 1.39 lakhs and nine-month PAT was Rs. 6.67 lakhs. The big jump is driven by the NCLT-approved Scheme of Arrangement (April 24, 2025) which brought in the Strategic Investment Division from Genus Power Infrastructures, merged Yajur Commodities, and amalgamated three subsidiaries, adding net assets of Rs. 27,468.01 lakhs. The record date for share allotment under the scheme is February 6, 2026. Auditor Jethani & Associates issued an unqualified review report with an emphasis-of-matter paragraph on the scheme.
Prior-period figures are not comparable because the company underwent a major restructuring that materially expanded its asset base and income. Existing shareholders will receive additional shares as the record date for allotment under the scheme has already passed (Feb 6, 2026), so watch for share-credit and any change in stock price reflecting the new, larger business profile.
