GHCL Limited has published its Q4FY26 consolidated financial results showing a 3% YoY decline in net profit to Rs 115.64 crore (vs Rs 150.27 crore in Q4FY25), largely due to a high base as the prior year quarter included an exceptional gain of Rs 475 crore. Total income for the quarter was flat at Rs 804.11 crore. Despite the quarterly decline, the company achieved record performance for FY26 with the highest-ever annual order inflow of Rs 4.35 trillion (up 22% YoY), record order book of Rs 7.4 trillion, and record annual revenue of Rs 2.85 trillion. International revenues contributed 53% of total revenue at Rs 43,747 crore. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 38 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
The quarterly profit decline on flat revenue reflects tough geopolitical and macroeconomic conditions, but the record order book and inflows signal strong business momentum. The dividend recommendation provides shareholder returns. The stock saw a 1.07% decline on the BSE on the day of results.
