GHV Infra Projects Ltd has filed with BSE the newspaper publication of its unaudited Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and nine-month financial results, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. The board had approved the results on February 13, 2026, and the extract was published on February 15, 2026 in The Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshadweep. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue from operations jumped sharply to ₹12,789.85 lakh versus ₹1,887.11 lakh in Q3 FY25, while net profit after tax rose to ₹647.63 lakh from ₹295.62 lakh. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue was ₹13,791.67 lakh and net profit after tax was ₹1,455.07 lakh, a strong jump from ₹295.62 lakh a year ago. For the nine-month period, standalone PAT was ₹2,241.67 lakh and consolidated PAT was ₹3,049.11 lakh. Standalone EPS for the quarter stood at ₹0.90 (vs ₹1.61 YoY), while consolidated EPS was ₹2.02 (vs ₹1.61 YoY).
This is a routine regulatory disclosure and not new fundamental news. However, the embedded numbers point to a sharply stronger topline on both standalone and consolidated basis versus last year, which is mildly positive for sentiment. Investors should note EPS is diluted by a much larger equity base year-on-year, so headline PAT growth understates per-share performance.
