GHV Infra Projects reported a strong Q2 FY26 (quarter ended September 30, 2025) with revenue from operations of ₹18,376.60 lakh, up 128% versus ₹8,046.60 lakh in Q1 FY26. Profit before tax jumped 151% to ₹1,584.73 lakh, and profit after tax rose nearly 138% to ₹1,122.20 lakh from ₹471.85 lakh in Q1. Basic EPS stood at ₹1.56 for the quarter and ₹2.21 for H1 FY26, with total assets at ₹51,232.44 lakh. The order book more than doubled from around ₹3,400 crore in June 2025 to about ₹8,500 crore in September 2025. During the period, the company executed a 3:2 bonus issue, share subdivision, preferential allotments, and incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the UAE. The results were approved by the Board on November 3, 2025.
The sharp jump in revenue, profits, and especially the more-than-doubled order book signals very strong growth momentum and good future earnings visibility for shareholders. Bonus shares and the new international subsidiary further support the growth story, though investors should note these results are unaudited and based on limited review.
