GHV Infra Projects reported strong audited results for FY ended March 2026. Standalone revenue surged to Rs 60,553 lakhs from Rs 18,488 lakhs (227% YoY growth), while PAT grew to Rs 4,225.5 lakhs from Rs 1,714.6 lakhs (147% YoY). Consolidated PAT came in at Rs 4,901.8 lakhs. Statutory auditors (Manubhai & Shah LLP) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board also approved the reclassification of Mrs. Husena Madam from the Promoter Group to the Public Shareholder category, subject to BSE and other regulatory approvals. New Internal Auditors (H D P & Co.) and Cost Auditors (Jitendrakumar & Associates) were appointed for FY 2026-27. Notably, the company underwent a bonus share issue and sub-division of equity shares during the year, and the EPS figures for prior periods have been restated accordingly. Consolidated borrowings stand at Rs 19,169.7 lakhs against total equity of Rs 13,149.2 lakhs, and the company reported negative operating cash flows of Rs -5,437.9 lakhs standalone.
Revenue growth is exceptional at over 200%, but the high debt-to-equity ratio above 1:1 and negative operating cash flows are concerns for financial stability. The promoter reclassification may slightly dilute promoter holding and is subject to exchange approval.
