Postal Ballot results: Director appointments and remuneration approved

Gland Pharma shareholders approved all five postal ballot resolutions via remote e-voting. Key outcomes: reappointment of Udo Johannes Vetter as Independent Director passed with 86.90 percent in favour and 13.10 against, while appointment of William Robert Keller as Independent Director passed with 99.11 percent in favour. Commission on profits remuneration for Vetter, Keller and Essaji Goolam Vahanvati also crossed 99 percent support. Around 90.17 percent of outstanding shares participated. Scrutinizer confirmed all resolutions passed with requisite majority.
