GSK India presented its Q4 and FY26 annual results to analysts and institutional investors. For FY26, revenue grew 2% to Rs.3,790 crore, while EBITDA rose 11% to Rs.1,300 crore with margin expanding 290 basis points to 34.3%. Profit after tax crossed the Rs.1,000 crore milestone for the first time, up 10% with a 26.8% margin. The company is undergoing a portfolio transformation with its Innovation portfolio (Oncology, New Respiratory, Adult Vaccines like Shingrix) contributing 6% of total sales. The IPM (Indian Pharmaceutical Market) is valued at ~Rs.64k crore with GSK's representative market growing at 7.3%. The company has 26 ongoing clinical trials across Oncology, Respiratory, Immunology and Infectious disease. A final dividend of Rs.57 per share was declared. The new CFO Ronojit Biswas (appointed April 2026) and MD Bhushan Akshikar presented the strategy focused on delivering growth, accelerating R&D and simplifying operations.
GSK India delivered consistent margin expansion with EBITDA margin improving from 15.7% to 34.3% over three years, and crossed Rs.1,000 crore PAT for the first time. The portfolio shift toward specialty and innovative products, combined with a strong cash position of Rs.2,746 crore, positions the company well for sustainable growth despite near-term supply constraints.
