Glenmark Specialty S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary, is advancing a multi-country Phase 3 trial of Trastuzumab rezetecan (SHR-A1811), a HER2-targeted antibody drug conjugate, for patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. India is the first country in Glenmark's licensed markets to begin patient enrollment after Drugs Controller General of India approval. Australia and South Korea enrollment is planned subject to regulatory approvals. The study is aligned with Hengrui Pharma's parent Phase 3 trial in China. Glenmark holds exclusive rights to develop and commercialize the asset worldwide excluding China, USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, and a few other regions under a September 2025 license deal.
Strengthens Glenmark's oncology pipeline; no near-term revenue. Long-term value depends on trial outcomes and future approvals.
