Following change in management and control via open offer, Glittek Granites saw its two Managing Directors, three Independent Directors, and CFO resign. Three Thanki cousins joined as Chairperson, Managing Director, and Whole-time Director, with a nephew as new CFO. Three new Independent Directors were also appointed.
