Glittek Granites is undergoing a change of control. The Agarwal family and Kosen Ventures Private Limited, together holding 62.99 percent as old promoters, sold their entire stake to the Thanki family under a January 2025 share purchase agreement, with closing on June 25, 2026. A 26 percent open offer at Rs 12.65 per share was completed on June 16, 2026. The new promoter group now holds 70.59 percent, while the sellers are reclassified as public shareholders from June 26, 2026.
