Global Health Limited (Medanta) shared its Q4 and FY2025 investor presentation. FY2025 total income grew 12.6% YoY to INR 37,714 million, driven by patient volume growth; EBITDA rose 9.4% to INR 9,562 million with margins at 25.4% (down 73 bps). PAT was INR 4,813 million (up 0.7%), but was hit by a one-time INR 499 million stamp duty expense from the MHPL merger. Adjusted PAT grew 8.5% to INR 5,186 million. The company announced its first-ever dividend of INR 0.50 per share (25%). Bed count rose to 3,042 with 219 beds added during the year. Net cash position stood at INR 8,123 million. Q4 FY2025 saw strong EBITDA growth of 19.8% with margins improving 122 bps to 26.0%. The company outlined a ~INR 4,000 crore capex plan over 5 years for ~3,000 bed additions across Noida, Mumbai, Delhi (Pitampura & South Delhi), Guwahati, and Patna.
Positive overall: volume-led growth, margin recovery in Q4, first-ever dividend, and strong net cash balance support the stock, though full-year margin contraction and one-time merger costs slightly tempered PAT growth. Multi-year capacity expansion plan signals confidence in long-term growth.
