Global Health Limited (Medanta) reported strong FY2026 results with Total Income of INR 45,089 million, up 19.6% y-o-y. EBITDA (excluding Noida) grew 18.6% to INR 11,343 million with margins of 25.7%. PAT stood at INR 5,541 million, up 15.1%. The company added 623 beds (20.5% growth) including 382 beds at the newly launched Noida facility, which reported INR 906 million revenue but INR 783 million EBITDA loss. Noida's losses are declining quarterly. Q4 FY26 was the highest ever quarterly revenue at INR 11,958 million (25.3% growth). The company announced expansion plans including 750-bed Mumbai hospital, 400-bed Guwahati and Varanasi hospitals, and 750-bed Pitampura facility. Total capex of ~INR 45,000 million planned over 5 years. Board recommended dividend of INR 0.50 per share.
