Medanta reported strong FY2026 results with Total Income of ₹45,089 million, up 19.6% YoY. EBITDA ex-Noida grew 18.6% to ₹11,343 million with margins improving to 25.7% from 25.4%. PAT was ₹5,541 million, up 15.1% YoY. Q4 was the highest ever quarterly revenue at ₹11,958 million, up 25.3% YoY, with PAT of ₹1,417 million up 39.7%. Total beds grew 20.5% to 3,665 beds with 623 beds added. IPD volumes rose 16% and OPD volumes rose 18.7%. Noida hospital (382 beds operational) generated ₹906 million revenue but reported EBITDA loss of ₹783 million, though quarterly losses are declining. Board recommended dividend of ₹0.50 per share. Company disclosed ₹45,000 million capex plan over 5 years for new hospitals in Mumbai, South Delhi, Pitampura, Guwahati, and Varanasi.
