Global Infratech & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 5th September 2025 to 11th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of its Annual General Meeting. The filing was made under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulation 42. The company clarified that this is a revised notice, as the previous one contained errors in the dates.
During the book closure period, no share transfers will be processed, and the trading volume may temporarily thin out as the cut-off for AGM participation is set. Investors must ensure their shares are in the register by 4th September 2025 to be eligible for any AGM-related benefits.
