Globalspace Technologies' board approved unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 on November 13, 2025. Standalone revenue fell sharply to ₹518.33 lacs in Q2 (down ~36% YoY from ₹814.60 lacs) and ₹994.20 lacs for H1 (down ~34%). Despite the revenue drop, standalone PAT turned positive at ₹17.84 lacs in Q2 (vs ₹8.36 lacs last year) and ₹29.91 lacs for H1 (vs a loss of ₹254.35 lacs in H1 FY25, which included a ₹275.65 lac exceptional charge). On a consolidated basis, Q2 revenue slipped to ₹1,001.07 lacs (-13.5% YoY) and the company swung to a loss of ₹11.98 lacs in Q2 from a ₹5.94 lac profit a year ago. Standalone operating cash flow remained deeply negative at -₹216.82 lacs for H1 FY26 with cash balance of just ₹0.21 lac. The auditor's limited review was characterized as unqualified but flagged that the inventory register is not updated for inward/outward movement and that subsidiary accounts were not independently reviewed.
Revenue contraction across both standalone and consolidated businesses is a concern, though the swing to standalone profit is largely a low-base effect from the absence of last year's exceptional loss. Negative standalone operating cash flow, near-zero cash balance, auditor flags on inventory controls and unreviewed subsidiary books point to weak governance and liquidity stress — potentially negative for the stock despite the headline return to profit.
