Globe Civil Projects held an investor call on February 20, 2026 to discuss Q3 FY26 results. Q3 standalone revenue was INR937.57 million with net profit of INR65.28 million (margin ~6.96%, EPS INR1.10). For 9M FY26, standalone revenue was INR2,481.37 million and net profit INR175.67 million (EPS INR3.23). The order book stands at around INR850 crores with INR500 crores already bid and another INR500 crores in the pipeline. Management cut annual growth guidance from 20-25% to 15-20% due to pollution-related construction halts in Delhi NCR, which delayed several key projects. They expect growth to revert to 20-25% in FY27. IPO proceeds of INR119 crores have been largely deployed in working capital (INR75 crores) and capex (INR14 crores).
Short-term growth disappointment as pollution-driven delays in Delhi NCR cut FY26 revenue guidance to 15-20% from 20-25%. However, the INR850 crore order book plus INR1,000 crore bidding pipeline provides healthy revenue visibility, and management's target of returning to 20-25% growth in FY27 should support the stock. EBITDA margins held steady around 15.9%, and no new debt is planned beyond bank guarantees, keeping the balance sheet comfortable.
