Globus Spirits shared its Q4 & FY25 results presentation. Q4FY25 net revenue rose 11% YoY to Rs 6,545 Mn, with EBITDA up 85% YoY to Rs 475 Mn and PBT jumping 217% YoY. However, full-year FY25 was weaker: net revenue grew 5% to Rs 25,360 Mn but EBITDA fell 11% to Rs 1,628 Mn and PAT dropped 74% to Rs 250 Mn due to higher input costs (+10%) and finance costs (+76%). The Prestige & Above consumer segment was the star, with FY25 revenue surging 186% to Rs 1,293 Mn (surpassing the Rs 1,000 Mn target) and volumes up 140%. The company took price hikes in Rajasthan (4% in Apr'24) and UP (4.35% in Apr'25). Manufacturing margins showed recovery with EBITDA per litre improving to Rs 5-6 from Feb'25 vs Rs 0-2 earlier, aided by lower raw material costs. New launches include Carib beer and the NOT OUT RTD. UP distillation capex of ~Rs 115 Cr is targeted for Q3FY26 completion, and a 2KLPD malt plant was commissioned in Apr'25.
Near-term mixed: Q4 momentum and Prestige segment traction are positives, but FY25 PAT decline and a Rs 203 Cr rise in borrowings may weigh on sentiment. The manufacturing margin recovery from Feb'25 and price hikes in Apr'25 could support profitability in FY26.
