Globus Spirits reported Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) results with consolidated revenue from operations of ₹938.36 crore, up 6.3% YoY from ₹882.96 crore. Consolidated profit after tax jumped to ₹30.44 crore from just ₹0.41 crore in Q3 FY25, while PBT surged to ₹41.87 crore from ₹1.16 crore. For the nine-month period, consolidated revenue grew 4.5% to ₹2,761.70 crore and PAT more than quadrupled to ₹69.94 crore from ₹17.02 crore. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at ₹10.59 versus ₹0.14 a year ago. The Manufacturing and Consumer segments both posted improved results, with Consumer segment PBT rising sharply. The auditor issued an unmodified limited review conclusion but drew attention (emphasis of matter) to an ongoing Income Tax search and seizure matter, where the company has a disputed demand of ₹40.94 crore and has paid ₹30.44 crore under protest.
The very strong PAT growth (driven by margin expansion and a low base) is likely to be viewed positively by investors and could support the stock. However, the unresolved Income Tax dispute and the note about new Labour Code obligations remain areas to monitor.
