GMM Pfaudler has filed copies of its audited Q4 and FY25 financial results, as published in the Economic Times (Mumbai and Ahmedabad editions) and Naya Padkar (Anand) on May 22, 2025. On a consolidated basis, the company swung to a Q4 net loss of Rs 27.94 crore versus a profit of Rs 25.27 crore in the year-ago quarter, largely due to exceptional items linked to the UK Level Facility closure and severance provisions. Full-year FY25 consolidated profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 49.17 crore from Rs 170.66 crore in FY24, with revenue dipping to Rs 3,198.69 crore from Rs 3,446.48 crore. On a standalone basis, Q4 performance was healthy with turnover of Rs 252.22 crore (up from Rs 224.53 crore) and profit after tax of Rs 15.15 crore versus Rs 7.61 crore. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share for FY2024-25, subject to shareholder approval.
The consolidated Q4 loss and steep fall in FY25 consolidated profit reflect restructuring pain from the UK plant closure and weaker top-line, which could pressure near-term sentiment. However, the resilient standalone earnings growth and continuity of dividend offer some support to shareholders.
