Go Fashion (India) Limited reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) unaudited results, with total revenue at Rs. 222.8 crore, up just 1% YoY from Rs. 220.1 crore in Q1 FY25. Gross profit improved 3% to Rs. 140.3 crore with margins expanding to 63% from 61.8%, helped by lower raw material costs. However, EBITDA fell 5% to Rs. 68.7 crore (margin contracting to 30.8% from 32.8%) and PAT dropped sharply by 22% to Rs. 22.3 crore from Rs. 28.7 crore. The company added 27 net new exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) in the quarter, taking the total to 803 stores, and Same Store Sales Growth was -2%. Cash and equivalents stood strong at Rs. 247 crore, and the company announced pilots for new categories (women's top wear and select men's wear) and recently opened its first store in Dubai.
Mixed-to-negative near-term sentiment likely: profit decline of 22% and margin compression may pressure the stock, but stable revenue, improving gross margins, strong cash balance, ongoing store expansion, and new category/international pilots offer longer-term positives for shareholders.
