Go Fashion reported Q4 FY25 revenue of Rs. 205 crores, up 13% YoY, with EBITDA of Rs. 62 crores (16% YoY growth) and EBITDA margin of 30.5%. Full-year FY25 revenue rose 11% to Rs. 848 crores, PAT grew 13% to Rs. 94 crores (PAT margin 11%), and the company closed FY25 with Rs. 249 crores in cash. Same-store sales growth turned positive at 2.1% in Q4, with inventory days steady at 102 and full-price sales ratio strong at 95.4%. Management guided for 120 net new stores annually starting FY26 and announced a pilot adding women's topwear (kurtis, shirts, dresses) and select men's everyday wear to 15 existing stores. The first international store in Dubai (Silicon Central Mall) is set to open by May–June 2025 in partnership with Apparel Group.
The return to positive SSSG and robust cash generation (Rs. 76 crores operating cash flow) should support investor confidence, while the new category pilot and international expansion add optionality but also execution risk. Shareholders should monitor pilot outcomes over the next 2–3 quarters and watch for any pickup in capex intensity despite the strong free cash flow position.
