Goblin India appoints Ms. Khushbu Bharakatya as Company Secretary

Goblin India Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on 24 July 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Khushbu Bharakatya (ICSI Membership No. 63413) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 24 July 2026. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to comply with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of SEBI LODR. She is an Associate Member of ICSI with experience in secretarial and compliance management. She is not related to any director and holds nil shares in the company.
