Godavari Biorefineries reported audited consolidated FY26 results with revenue from operations of Rs 1,98,794 Lakhs, up 19% from Rs 1,67,025 Lakhs in FY25. The company turned profitable with consolidated PAT of Rs 352.80 Lakhs versus a loss of Rs 2,341.44 Lakhs in the prior year. Standalone PAT for FY26 was Rs 12.62 Lakhs. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. Q4 FY26 standalone PAT was Rs 5,201.13 Lakhs. The board also approved re-appointments of key directors including Managing Director Samir S. Somaiya and appointment of Dinesh Sharma as Executive Director. Exceptional items of Rs 3,113.82 Lakhs (net) were recorded primarily due to Rs 2,665.59 Lakhs provision for additional harvest charges and Rs 448.22 Lakhs for new labour code impact. Operating cash flow was strong at Rs 17,093 Lakhs.
The company returned to profitability in FY26 after a loss in FY25, with strong operating cash generation and clean audit opinions. The near 19% revenue growth and exceptional items provision indicate operational recovery but investors should monitor the impact of one-time charges on sustainable profitability.
