Godawari Power and Ispat Limited has filed a confirmation that there is no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from its preferential issue of Fully Convertible Warrants. The company raised ₹150.22 crore through the preferential issue (₹125 crore raised by end of December 2025, plus an additional ₹25.22 crore raised on 07 January 2026). Of this, ₹150.17 crore has been deployed as of 31 March 2026, with only ₹0.05 crore remaining unutilized. Funds were allocated to Project Funding (₹200 crore allocated, fully deployed) and BESS Project Investment (₹175 crore allocated, ₹150.17 crore deployed).
