Godawari Power and Ispat Limited reported strong FY2026 results with standalone net profit of Rs.919.43 Crores (up 19.5% from Rs.769.64 Crores). Consolidated net profit stood at Rs.801.74 Crores. The Board approved audited financial results with unmodified opinions from statutory auditors Singhi & Co. A final dividend of Rs.1 per share (100%) has been recommended, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The company plans to invest an additional Rs.200 Crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary Godawari New Energy Private Limited for a Battery Energy Storage System project, taking total investment to Rs.700 Crores. Additionally, loans up to Rs.150 Crores will be extended to GERF for the residential school project. Internal auditor M/s VMA & Associates and Cost auditor M/s Sanat Joshi & Associates have been re-appointed for FY2026-27.
