Godrej Agrovet crossed the ₹10,000 crore revenue milestone for FY26, reporting ₹10,233 crore (up 9.1% YoY) with all-time high profitability. EBITDA grew 10.8% to ₹936 crore and PAT rose 13.9% to ₹440 crore. The Animal Nutrition segment delivered strong results with 19.3% growth driven by 18% volume growth in cattle feed. Oil Palm was a standout performer with 67.9% segment profit growth, 19% FFB volume growth and improved oil extraction ratio. However, Crop Care saw a 27.2% decline in segment profit due to adverse weather and regulatory disruptions, while the Dairy business faced margin pressure from elevated milk procurement costs. The company significantly optimized working capital (reduced to 686 days from 988 days) and improved ROCE to 20% from 16% in FY25.
The company delivered strong operational performance with revenue crossing ₹10,000 crore and margin expansion, though headwinds persist in Crop Care and Dairy segments. The working capital improvement and ROCE gains reflect better capital efficiency, which is positive for shareholders.
