Godrej Agrovet achieved a landmark FY26, crossing ₹10,000 crore in revenue (₹10,233 crore, up 9.1%) with all-time high profitability. EBITDA grew 10.8% to ₹936 crore while PAT increased 13.9% to ₹440 crore. Animal Nutrition delivered strong 12% volume growth and 19.3% segment result increase; Oil Palm posted exceptional 68% EBIT growth. However, Crop Care segment saw a 27.2% decline in results due to weather and regulatory disruptions, while Dairy margins were pressured by elevated milk procurement costs. The company significantly optimized working capital, reducing NWC days from 39 to 25, and improved ROCE to 20% from 16% in FY25.
The company demonstrated robust overall execution with margin expansion in key segments despite headwinds in Dairy and Crop Care. Working capital improvement and ROCE gains signal better capital efficiency, which could support shareholder returns. However, margin pressure in dairy and regulatory challenges in crop protection may continue to weigh on near-term performance.
