Godrej Agrovet Limited has released its FY26 investor presentation following the April 30, 2026 board meeting where audited financial results were approved. The company achieved a major milestone by crossing ₹10,000 crore in revenue for the first time, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹10,233 crore (up 9.1% YoY) with all-time high profitability. EBITDA grew 10.8% to ₹936 crore and PAT rose 13.9% to ₹440 crore. Q4 FY26 also showed strong performance with revenue of ₹2,333 crore (up 9.3%) and PAT of ₹74 crore (up 11.3%). Segment-wise, Oil Palm delivered exceptional 68% EBIT growth with 20.1% margins, while Animal Nutrition saw 19.3% EBIT growth. However, Crop Care faced challenges with margin declining to 29.1% from 40.3% due to adverse weather and regulatory disruptions, and Dairy margins were pressured by elevated milk procurement costs, falling to 3.3% from 5.0%. The company also highlighted significant working capital optimization with NWC reduced from 1,172 days to 686 days over three years, and ROCE improved from 13% to 20%.
The crossing of ₹10,000 crore revenue milestone with record profitability and improved ROCE signals strong execution. However, mixed segment performance with margin pressures in Crop Care and Dairy businesses may temper enthusiasm. The working capital improvement and digital transformation progress (SAP S/4HANA Wave 1 completed) are positive operational signals for shareholders.
