The company has submitted its Annual & Integrated Report for FY ended March 31, 2025, which includes the AGM notice and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR), sent electronically to all members and uploaded on the company's website. The broader annual report reveals FY25 consolidated revenue growth of just 2% (4% organic) and EBITDA growth of 2%, falling short of expectations due to a sharp palm oil price spike hurting soap margins and softer Household Insecticides and Deodorants performance. On the positive side, Godrej Aer grew over 20% in India, new launch Fab liquid detergent crossed ₹150 crore in its first year, ₹500 crore each was invested in Greenfield plants at Chengalpattu and Malanpur, and international EBITDA margins in Africa, US and Middle East reached 15%. GCPL was ranked #2 globally on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index with its score jumping from 67 to 83 in a year.
