Godrej Industries Limited reported its Q1 FY 2025-26 consolidated results. Total income rose 9% YoY to ₹5,719 crore, while PBDIT surged 24% to ₹1,748 crore, indicating strong margin expansion. Net profit grew 8% to ₹349 crore. The Chemicals segment led with 21% revenue growth and 10% PBIT growth. Subsidiary Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL) posted 10% sales growth but flat net profit, weighed down by weak personal care. Godrej Properties reported its highest-ever quarterly net profit of ₹600 crore (up 15% YoY) with a booking value of ₹7,082 crore. Godrej Agrovet's total income climbed to ₹2,626 crore with net profit of ₹161 crore.
Operating profit growth significantly outpacing revenue signals healthy margin expansion at the consolidated level, which is positive for shareholders. Strong performance from key subsidiaries (especially real estate) supports overall earnings momentum.
