Godrej Properties highest bidder for 5-acre land parcel in Noida with bid value of Rs 332 cr

Godrej Properties has emerged as the highest bidder for a 4.95-acre residential land parcel in Sector 151, Noida, with a bid value of Rs 331.75 crore through an e-auction conducted by NOIDA. The company plans to develop a residential group housing project on the land, projected to generate estimated revenues of more than Rs 2,000 crore. This follows its recent acquisition of a 23.2-acre residential parcel in Greater Noida earlier this month with revenue potential exceeding Rs 7,000 crore.
