Godrej Properties reported its highest-ever quarterly net profit of INR 600 crore in Q1 FY26, up 15% year-on-year. Booking value stood at INR 7,082 crore from 4,231 homes sold across 6.17 million sq ft, marking the 8th consecutive quarter above INR 5,000 crore. Total income declined 3% YoY to INR 1,593 crore, but EBITDA grew 18% to INR 915 crore, and EPS rose to INR 19.92 from INR 18.70. Collections grew 22% YoY to INR 3,670 crore. The company added 5 new projects with an estimated booking value potential of ~INR 11,400 crore, achieving 57% of its full-year business development guidance in just one quarter. Management stated it is on track to meet guidance across all operating parameters, supported by a future booking value pipeline of over Rs 90,000 crore.
The combination of record profits, strong collections, and a healthy project pipeline signals operational strength, though the YoY decline in booking value and total income may temper near-term sentiment. Overall, results reinforce confidence in full-year guidance achievement, which is supportive for the stock.
