Godrej Properties sold over 275 homes worth more than INR 2,000 crores at the launch of its luxury residential project Godrej Riverine in Sector 44, Noida. The project spans about 6.46 acres and accounted for over 9 lakh square feet of area sold. Launched in March 2025, this marks the third consecutive INR 2,000+ crore launch for the company in Noida, following Godrej Jardinia (Q1 FY25) and Godrej Tropical Isle (Q2 FY24). Management said Noida remains a key market and they plan to strengthen their presence there. GPL was the largest residential developer in India by sales value in FY 2024.
