Godrej Properties reported its highest-ever annual and quarterly performance for FY25. Q4 FY25 booking value grew 87% quarter-on-quarter and 7% year-on-year to INR 10,163 crore, while full-year FY25 booking value rose 31% year-on-year to INR 29,444 crore through sale of 15,302 homes. The company posted a record net profit of INR 1,400 crore for FY25, up 93% year-on-year. Collections surged to INR 6,961 crore in Q4 FY25 (up 127% QoQ, 48% YoY) and INR 17,047 crore for the full year (up 49% YoY). Operating cash flow hit INR 4,047 crore in Q4 and INR 7,484 crore for FY25. The company delivered 18.4 million sq. ft. in FY25 (up 47% YoY) and added 14 new projects with potential booking value of about INR 26,450 crore. GPL exceeded its annual guidance across launches (by 22%), booking value (9%), collections (14%), deliveries (23%), and business development (32%). It also raised INR 6,000 crore through a qualified institutional placement in December 2024.
