ICRA Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings for Godrej Properties across multiple instruments as of July 21, 2025. Non-Convertible Debentures retained [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) rating, with the limit enhanced from Rs. 4,000 crore to Rs. 6,000 crore (a 50% increase). Commercial Paper of Rs. 3,500 crore retained the top-tier [ICRA]A1+ short-term rating. Bank facilities of Rs. 11,000 crore also retained [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) for long-term and [ICRA]A1+ for short-term. The Stable outlook on the long-term rating indicates continued confidence in the company's credit profile.
Positive for shareholders — the rating reaffirmation at AA+/A1+ (highest investment grade category) reflects strong financial health, while the Rs. 2,000 crore enhancement in NDC borrowing capacity provides greater funding flexibility for business expansion without any incremental cost concern.
