Godrej Properties reported record FY26 performance with booking value of INR 34,171 crore (16% YoY growth), collections of INR 19,965 crore, and PAT of INR 1,850 crore (32% YoY growth). The company maintained its position as India's largest residential developer for the 3rd consecutive year. Q4 FY26 was particularly strong with highest-ever quarterly bookings of INR 10,163 crore and collections of INR 7,947 crore. Promoters increased stake by 5% in FY26, investing INR 2,674 crore (including INR 2,373 crore in Q4). The company added 18 new projects with expected booking value of INR 42,100 crore, surpassing its INR 20,000 crore guidance by 211%. FY27 guidance projects booking value of INR 39,000 crore and collections of INR 24,000 crore.
Strong operational performance with consistent growth across all key metrics demonstrates market leadership and execution capability. The significant promoter buying at 19% premium to year-end price signals confidence. However, imputed EBIT margins declined from 26.8% in FY24 to 24.6% in FY26, which could be a concern for margin-focused investors.
