Godrej Properties reported record FY26 performance with booking value of Rs 34,171 crore (up 16% YoY), achieving 105% of annual guidance. Collections stood at Rs 19,965 crore, operating cashflow at Rs 7,830 crore, and PAT at Rs 1,850 crore (up 32% YoY). This was the company's 3rd consecutive year as India's largest residential developer by booking value and 9th consecutive year of booking value growth. Q4 FY26 was the best-ever quarter with Rs 10,163 crore in bookings and Rs 7,947 crore in collections. The company added 18 new projects with expected booking value of Rs 42,100 crore, beating guidance by 211%. FY27 guidance includes booking value of Rs 39,000 crore, collections of Rs 24,000 crore, and launch value of Rs 48,000 crore. Promoters invested Rs 2,674 crore (5% stake) during FY26, including Rs 2,373 crore in Q4 at a 21% premium to year-end price.
The strong operational performance with beat on multiple metrics and confident FY27 guidance demonstrates continued market leadership and execution capability. Promoter buying at premium prices signals high conviction in the stock. The company is on track to deliver its target of 20% ROE from FY28.
