Godrej Properties reported record-breaking FY26 results with annual net profit of INR 1,850 crore, up 32% YoY, and Q4 net profit of INR 650 crore, up 70% YoY. The company retained its position as India's largest residential developer by booking value for the third consecutive year, with booking value growing 16% YoY to INR 34,171 crore. Collections reached INR 19,965 crore, marking the highest ever for any Indian real estate developer in a financial year. The board recommended a dividend of INR 10 per share (200%). Promoters invested INR 2,674 crore to acquire a 5% stake during FY26. For FY27, the company targets booking value of over INR 39,000 crore.
The strong financial performance with double-digit growth across bookings, collections, profits, and cash flows signals robust demand for Godrej Properties' residential projects. The promoter stake purchase and record operating cash flow of INR 7,830 crore indicate confidence in the company's growth trajectory and strong balance sheet, which should be positive for the stock.
