NCLT meeting on July 31 for BRFL Textiles amalgamation scheme

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench has directed Gokaldas Exports to hold a meeting of equity shareholders on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing. The meeting will consider and approve the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of BRFL Textiles Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Gokaldas Exports Limited (Transferee Company) under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. E-voting will be open from July 28 to July 30, 2026, with a cut-off date of July 24, 2026. The NCLT passed the order on May 11, 2026.
Shareholders vote on the BRFL Textiles merger; approval will move the amalgamation closer to completion, expanding the company's textile business.
