Certificate Non applicability of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015

Golden Crest Education & Services Ltd has filed a certificate stating that Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Yogesh Lama, certified that the company did not raise any funds through a public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, or qualified institutions placement during Q1 FY26. Since no such capital-raising activity took place, the quarterly deviation and variation statement on use of proceeds is not required. This is a routine quarterly compliance submission addressed to BSE and the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
