Golechha Global Finance Ltd reported audited results for FY25 with revenue from operations rising about 64% YoY to Rs. 28.62 crore from Rs. 17.47 crore. However, the company swung to a net loss of Rs. 57.28 lakhs for the year compared with a profit of Rs. 147.77 lakhs in FY24. Total expenses surged roughly 87% to Rs. 29.25 crore, far outpacing revenue growth and eroding margins. The March 2025 quarter alone posted a loss of Rs. 169.47 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 71.39 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. Statutory auditors M/s B D S & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and operating cash flow remained marginally positive at Rs. 12.88 lakhs.
Strong revenue growth is overshadowed by a sharp swing to losses, signalling cost pressure and weak profitability that may concern shareholders. The persistent quarterly losses and shrinking equity base (down to Rs. 8.09 crore from Rs. 8.66 crore) could weigh on the stock and limit near-term dividend prospects.
