Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions has informed the BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on 12 August 2025 at the registered office in New Delhi. The main agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 (Q1 FY26). The company has also confirmed that the trading window for insiders is already closed from 1 July 2025 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared, as required under SEBI norms.
