Goodluck India Limited filed its Q4 & FY2025 investor presentation with the exchanges. FY25 total income rose 12.2% YoY to Rs. 3,966 crore, while EBITDA grew 16.3% to Rs. 341 crore with margins improving 35 bps to 8.7%. Net profit jumped 23.9% to Rs. 162 crore, and EPS rose 8.3% to Rs. 49.71. Sales volume hit 442,619 MT, up 15.3% YoY. The company secured a ~Rs. 52 crore Bullet Train order, commissioned a 50,000 MT hydraulic tubes unit in Bulandshahr (Jan 2025), and its defence subsidiary is set to begin trial production in Q1 FY26 with commercial output by end-Q2 FY26.
Positive for shareholders — broad-based growth across revenue, margins, and volumes, backed by new capacity additions and a high-value defence push. The improving margin trajectory and order wins in strategic sectors like railways and defence could support investor sentiment.
