Goodluck India reported strong profitability improvement for Q4 and FY26 ended March 2026. EBITDA grew 30.9% to ₹1,218.4 million in Q4 and 26% to ₹4,184.9 million for FY26, with EBITDA margins expanding by 274 basis points to 11.1% in Q4. Net profit increased 33.9% YoY to ₹561 million in Q4 and 10.2% to ₹1,825.8 million for FY26. Total income was ₹41,205.2 million (up 4.1% YoY). Sales volume grew 5.8% to 468,161 MT with capacity utilisation at ~94%. Key highlights include first overseas dispatch of 155mm defence shells marking entry into global defence supply chain, and a new order from Nepal for galvanized steel tower structures for a 400 kV transmission project.
The significant margin expansion and entry into high-growth defence exports signal strong earnings quality improvement. The focus on value-added products and new business wins in defence and infrastructure positions the company well for sustained long-term growth, which should be positive for the stock.
