Goodluck India Limited has received its largest-ever export order for manufacturing and supplying approximately 14,500 MT of galvanized steel tower structures and fasteners for a 400 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line project in Nepal. The order, valued at USD 13.6 million (roughly Rs 110-115 crore), was awarded by an international EPC player. The contract includes manufacturing, prototype assembly, fabrication, galvanizing, bundling, and shipment, to be executed over 18 months. The company highlighted this as its largest order ever in the transmission structures division, reflecting strong international demand for its infrastructure manufacturing capabilities.
This order represents a significant win for Goodluck India, boosting its order book and providing revenue visibility for the next 18 months. Being denominated in USD also provides currency upside. The company described it as the largest-ever order in this division, which could make it material to near-term financials if total annual revenue is below Rs 2,000 crore.
