Goodricke Group has published its unaudited Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 financial results in Business Standard (English) and Aajkal (Bengali) newspapers on 14 November 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. On a standalone basis, Q2 FY26 revenue fell to about Rs 216.6 crore from Rs 315.9 crore in Q2 FY25, a drop of roughly 31% year-on-year. Standalone profit after tax for Q2 FY26 came in at Rs 43.5 crore versus Rs 60.3 crore in the year-ago quarter, with EPS of Rs 20.15 against Rs 27.90. For the half year ended September 2025, standalone revenue was Rs 391.1 crore and PAT was Rs 46.7 crore. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a loss of around Rs 86.3 crore for H1 FY26, widening from Rs 27.1 crore loss in H1 FY25. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board on 13 November 2025.
The filing is a routine regulatory disclosure, but the underlying numbers are soft — standalone Q2 revenue and profit both shrank sharply year-on-year, and consolidated losses have widened, which could weigh on the stock in the short term.
