Gopal Snacks reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 409.6 crore (29% YoY) and FY26 revenue of Rs. 1,508.2 crore (2.7% YoY), impacted by the earlier fire incident and supply chain disruptions. Q4 EBITDA margin recovered to 7.7% with gross margin at 27.7%. The Rajkot manufacturing facility has been fully restored (1,05,000 MT capacity) and will replace the Gondal facility. The Modasa plant is also fully operational. FY26 gross margin was supported by insurance proceeds of Rs. 37.4 crore; additional claims of Rs. 35-40 crore are expected in Q2. Management guided FY27 EBITDA margin of 8-9%, targeting Rs. 330-350 crore incremental revenue driven by distribution expansion (added 69 new distributors in Q4, now 953+ total), deeper penetration in Gujarat core markets, and growth in focus states. Capacity utilization is currently ~43-45%.
The company is on a recovery path with improved operational efficiency and a stronger manufacturing network. The 8-9% EBITDA margin guidance for FY27 signals confidence in margin expansion driven by operating leverage, full-year Rajkot contribution, and lower logistics costs, despite near-term raw material inflation headwinds (palm oil up 15-20%, partially mitigated through grammage reduction and price hikes).
