Shanta Devi Gorani, a person acting in concert (PAC) with promoter Mr. Geet Gorani of Gorani Industries Ltd, has disclosed an inter-se transfer of 1,45,362 equity shares to Mr. Geet Gorani by way of gift through off-market mode on 16 March 2026. As a result, Mr. Geet Gorani's holding increased from 6,72,000 shares (12.53%) to 8,17,362 shares (15.25%) of the paid-up capital. Shanta Devi Gorani's holding correspondingly declined from 5,26,639 shares (9.82%) to 3,81,277 shares (7.11%). The total share capital of the company stands at 53,62,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Since this is an inter-se transfer among promoter family members, the aggregate promoter group holding in the company remains unchanged.
No impact on overall promoter shareholding or stock price, as this is merely a reshuffle within the promoter family via a gift transaction. Existing shareholders should note that the controlling stake structure of Gorani Industries remains intact, with Mr. Geet Gorani now individually holding a larger chunk at 15.25%.
