PFA the letter for closure of trading window

Gothi Plascon India Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for designated persons — including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, specific connected persons, and their immediate relatives — starting from July 1, 2025. The window will reopen only 48 hours after the conclusion of the upcoming board meeting in which the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 are announced. The date of the board meeting will be communicated separately. This is a standard regulatory compliance measure to prevent insider trading ahead of financial result disclosures.
