GPT Healthcare reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 128 crore, up 24.3% year-on-year, with full-year FY26 revenue at Rs. 478.5 crore, growing 15.1% from Rs. 415.6 crore in FY25. However, profitability declined as EBITDA fell 1.9% to Rs. 90.1 crore and PAT dropped 15.4% to Rs. 42.2 crore for the full year. Q4 EBITDA margin compressed to 19.5% from 21.6% a year ago, and PAT margin fell to 11.4% from 12.5%, largely due to costs from the newly commenced Raipur Hospital. Excluding Raipur, EBITDA margin actually improved to 23.06% from 22.10%. Operational metrics show ARPOB at Rs. 39,243 and occupancy at 55.9% excluding Raipur. The company also launched robotic surgeries (800+ performed), new cardiac services, and signed an MoU for a 150-bed Jamshedpur facility by FY27.
Revenue growth is strong, but margin pressure from new facility ramp-up and lower full-year PAT is a concern. The Raipur expansion and new services may weigh on near-term profitability, though the underlying mature hospital business shows margin improvement. The Jamshedpur expansion signals future growth pipeline.
